Magic Software
Infor Integration

Your business runs on Infor. Make everything else run with it.

Your ERP holds the orders, inventory, and production data your business depends on. But the teams and systems that need that information often work somewhere else.

Magic xpi connects Infor to your surrounding applications and manufacturing systems, so data moves where it belongs and work moves forward. Fewer manual handoffs. Less re-keying. A clearer view of what's happening across your business.

Keep the ERP. Connect the business.

An order comes in through eCommerce. Sales updates the CRM. The warehouse ships. Production completes a job. Each event needs to reach Infor—and the next system in the process.

When those connections depend on spreadsheets, batch files, and custom scripts, your team becomes the integration layer.

Magic xpi automates the flow between systems, with the data transformation and business rules each process needs.

Before integration

Manual handoffs between business systems and InforFour business events, a storefront order, a CRM update, a warehouse shipment, and a completed production job, each reach Infor ERP only through a manual step: re-keying, a spreadsheet, a batch file, or a custom script.RE-KEYEDSPREADSHEETBATCH FILECUSTOM SCRIPTINTEGRATION LAYER: YOUR TEAMStorefrontnew orderCRMcustomer updateWarehouseshipment confirmedProductionjob completeInfor ERPorders · inventory · production
Every dashed line is a person moving data by hand, and each event still has to reach the next system in the process.

Enter it once. Use it everywhere.

Move customer, order, inventory, and production information between Infor and connected applications without asking employees to enter the same data twice.

Connect complete workflows.

An order needs more than a destination. It needs validation, the right customer details, and a path through fulfillment. Coordinate the steps across the applications involved.

Bring manufacturing into the picture.

Connect business information with production systems so the work happening on the floor stays aligned with the orders and requirements in your ERP.

Integration Scope

Infor at the center. Your systems working together.

Your business has its own mix of applications, interfaces, and customizations. We start with that reality and map the connections around the processes you need to improve.

Discuss Your Infor Environment

Start with the handoff that slows everyone down.

Orders without the re-keying.

The challenge

Orders arrive in the storefront or CRM, then wait for someone to enter them into Infor.

The workflow

Validate incoming order data, send it to the ERP, and return status updates to the teams and systems that need them.

Inventory people can trust.

The challenge

Sales, the warehouse, and online buyers see different inventory information.

The workflow

Exchange availability and inventory changes across connected systems, with update timing built around your operational needs.

Production connected to the order.

The challenge

Manufacturing information lives across the ERP, production applications, and specialized systems. Employees bridge the gaps manually.

The workflow

Bring the information together and deliver it in the format the next system needs to execute the work.

Sales and operations on the same page.

The challenge

Customer and order information changes in one system while another falls behind.

The workflow

Synchronize the records each team depends on, with clear ownership and rules for how updates move.

AI Connectivity

Give your AI agents a direct line to Infor.

The same Magic xpi connections that move data between Infor and your business systems can serve it to AI. The Magic xpi Enterprise MCP Server lets agents and copilots reach ERP data securely, without a separate integration project.

  • Expose Infor orders, inventory, and production data to AI agents through a governed MCP server.
  • Keep the same validation, transformation, and access rules that already run your integrations.
  • Let assistants answer real questions, such as order status or stock on hand, from live ERP data.

Customer Proof

ASSA ABLOY connected Infor to automated manufacturing.

ASSA ABLOY AG in Switzerland put Magic xpi at the center of its automated KESO key manufacturing system.

Magic xpi combines information from its Infor ERP, a custom production information system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and a proprietary lock management system. It merges the relevant data into an XML file read by digital drilling machines.

The result: manufacturing equipment receives the information needed for the job, replacing a process that required operators to enter data manually using job boards.

A clear path from integration problem to working process.

01

Map the handoffs.

We review your Infor environment, surrounding systems, and the manual steps holding up the process.

02

Define the workflow.

We establish which system owns each record, how data should move, and what should happen when something needs attention.

03

Connect and validate.

We configure the integrations and test the complete workflow against real business scenarios.

04

Build on what works.

Start with a priority process, then extend the integration to additional applications, teams, or locations.

Questions about connecting Infor?

Can you work with our Infor product and version?

The connection approach depends on your Infor product, version, deployment, and available interfaces. We assess those details before recommending an implementation.

Do we need to replace Infor?

The integration is designed around connecting your existing ERP to the other systems your business uses. Discovery establishes what your environment supports and where changes may be needed.

Can you connect custom applications?

We can assess custom applications alongside packaged systems. The approach depends on their interfaces, data formats, and the workflow you want to automate.

Does every integration need to run in real time?

No. Some processes need immediate updates; others work well on a schedule. We define the timing around the business requirement and what the connected systems support.

Where should we start?

Start with a recurring manual handoff: orders being re-entered, inventory being reconciled, or production information being transferred between systems. Bring one example, and we'll help scope the process.

What's waiting for someone to copy it into Infor?

Bring us the order that gets entered twice, the inventory update that arrives too late, or the production system that still runs on manual handoffs.

Let's map the connection that would make the biggest difference.
