Remtron’s customers had no way to view live pricing or stock availability online. Instead, they would email for quotes—resulting in long turnaround times and a high cost to serve, where processing an $80 order cost the same as a $500 order. Their Kyklo front-end online platform was underutilized because pricing was incorrect and stock levels weren’t synced with their Dynamics 365 ERP back end. Every order required manual sales input, consuming approximately 20 minutes per order from quote to processing, and the sales team was spending valuable time on routine transactions instead of pursuing higher-value opportunities.

The Solution

Magic’s team deployed the Magic xpi Integration Platform to seamlessly connect the Kyklo online store with Dynamics 365, enabling live pricing and real-time stock availability on the storefront. Online orders now flow directly into the ERP without any sales input, back-order information from Dynamics 365 is automatically displayed in the online store, and the entire quote-to-order workflow has been eliminated for standard transactions—freeing the sales team to focus on customer experience and larger revenue opportunities.
