The Challenge

Sorocaba Refrescos—the Coca-Cola bottling operation serving 60 cities across the São Paulo region and producing 200 million liters annually—needed to connect its SAP ERP system with its PC-Factory Manufacturing Execution System. Without integration, production data had to be managed manually between platforms, limiting the speed and reliability of production reporting, adding ABAP and EDI maintenance overhead, and reducing visibility into one of the region's largest beverage facilities.

The Solution

Magic Software, in partnership with PPI-Multitask, deployed the Magic xpi Integration Platform with SAP-certified connectors to establish real-time, bidirectional synchronization between SAP ERP and PC-Factory MES. The integration eliminated the manual data transfer between systems, automated production reporting, and replaced the custom ABAP and EDI maintenance burden with a stable, supported integration layer certified by SAP.
